Krimml Falls, Austria
On July 28th, 2017; I had the opportunity to explore and trek Krimml Falls, Austria.

At 1,250 ft. high, the Krimml Falls are Europe’s longest free fall of water. They rank eighth among the great waterfalls of the world.

There are three cascades, and access to them is a hike from the road that takes over an hour.

A viewing trail follows the length of the falls and then continues into the Krimml River Valley, a stunning high valley of alpine grassland. It is one of the most beautiful areas of the Hohe Tauern National-Park and it terminates at the Krimml Glacier.
